Diets, exercise, a business, a business move or expansion, a new product launch, a new marketing plan, publishing a podcast, writing a book … all of these can be started just about whenever you decide to do it.

January doesn’t have dibs on being the best time to start something new. April is just as good a month … after all, I was born in April … how’s that for a new beginning! But so is May, or August, or whenever you make up your mind to do it.

Besides it being my birthday month, with spring in the air, April really is a great time to start something new. Just as nature wakes up and experiences a rebirth this month, so can we.

We can take the opportunity to clear out the old and bring in the new in our homes, in our yards … and in our businesses, too.

What have YOU been waiting to start? To bring into your life? Into your business? What new idea have you had rolling around in your head? What would you start if you knew you could not fail?

I encourage you to do it! We’ve established that there is no such thing as the perfect time to start something new, so stop waiting for everything to be perfect and just start!

Now, I want to respect your time and attention, so let's get to more of the good stuff ...

Spring into the season of new beginnings!

Spring is one of my favorite seasons of the year! We see all the pastel colors of life. The green just seems to be a bit greener, and the smell of the flowers blooming is divine (achoo)!

Allergies aside, it is also the time of year where we see new business bloom. We get to see the new crafters at the farmers markets, and lawn care businesses ready to seize the spring clean movement. New bakeries are highlighting their Easter creations. Moving companies are prepping to move those soon-to-be graduates into adulthood.

Unplug. This chapter was a powerful reminder to not only apply these concepts in my professional life but how they will renew

my energy also within my personal life.
